See you in 2023!

At this time last year, we were faced with an uncertain future, with housing costs and general cost of living increasing everywhere, we knew we needed to make some changes. With that knowledge we found a new, more affordable living situation in Antigonish and began to pack up our family and our business. Just before Christmas we made the move from Halifax to our new home, possible because of the help of family, friends, business partners and you, our customers. Over the course of 2022, we reinvented the way we make salt. We also dealt with everything from health issues to hurricanes to cyberattacks.

It hasn't been easy.

But here we are at the end of 2022. We have a very limited inventory for the remainder of the year and are working hard to fill every remaining order, those should be in the mail very soon. All orders placed before December 15th will be shipped before Christmas. 2021 was the end of the beginning of our story. 2022 was very much our transition year. And 2023 will be our relaunch. We're moving to a new ecommerce platform, setting up a new inventory system and refreshing our social media presence.

We're grateful for every last one of you. These are difficult times for so many and we want to live up to the support you have shown us over the years. 2023 will be a big year for Tidal Salt, we're sure of that, and we welcome you along for the ride!
